Registrations for season 2026 open Thursday 6 November at 10am and close Friday 13th February 2026 at 5pm, although they may close early for teams that fill quickly prior to 13th February, 2026
Registrations - Expression of Interest
We have created this Expression of Interest (EOI) form and ask any player who is interested to play with us at Heidelberg Junior Football Club to please complete this form ASAP.
This form gives our committee the opportunity to systematically work through registration enquires as they come in.
Enquires will be given priority as a first in first served basis and places for registration will be offered in this order. If places are available within a team, you will be invited to register and paid registration will ultimately secure your place within the team.
This EOI form will be assessed by our Football Department and families will be communicated weekly on the status of their registration request.

Please Note: If you are transferring from another Club to us at HJFC please contact Jen at registrations@heidelbergjfc.com.au prior to registering to avoid duplicated play HQ records.
The 2026 fees for Junior Footy are as follows:
8-10 YEARS - DOB between 1/1/16 to 30/04/18 = $312.90 Inc ($145.20 inc to HJFC & $167.70 inc to YJFL)
11-18 YEARS - DOB between 1/1/08 to 31/12/15 = $343.95 inc ($145.20 inc to HJFC & $198.75 inc to YJFL)
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
To register your player(s) for the first time, the parent/guardian must create a PlayHQ account FIRST, then your players are registered under your profile.
Important: New HJFC members are required to forward a copy of your child’s birth certificate via email to registrations@heidelbergjfc.com.au - your child's registration will be pending until this is received.
Players are welcome to train prior to transfers being approved, and will be covered by club insurance.
This is now the 4th year that the YJFL are using PlayHQ. Please ensure you do not duplicate the player you are trying to register a returning player (this includes transfers).
You should be able to locate your player(s) listed under your parent profile (you need to use the correct email address to find your player).
If you are unsure of which email address you have used previously, please reach out to our Registrations Officer for assistance.
NEW PLAYER BENEFITS:
All new HJFC players will receive a free HJFC Bag (valued at $55) and a merchandise voucher to the value of $45.
AUSKICK:
The 2026 fees for Auskick are as follows:
ages 5-12 years - must turn 5 by 31/12/2026 = $91
